Over the years, Indian Cuisine has earned a market spread over the globe. Especially they are very popular in European countries. Great Britain for example, has a particularly strong tradition of Indian cuisine that originated during the British domination of India.

Recently however, there is a reverse trend with people turning from non-conventional food to authenticated Indian foods and recipes.
